Christena
Bookkeeper & Administrator
After completing a bookkeeping course through Conestoga College, Christena began working part-time as a bookkeeper and administrator. She joined Milverton Accounting and Bookkeeping Services in 2012 and transitioned with the team to Kuepfer Accounting and Bookkeeping Services when the business took over from Milverton Accounting in 2024.
She manages the books for her husband, who owns his own carpentry business. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two grandchildren. She also enjoys camping, walking, reading, and diamond painting.
Jennifer
Bookkeeper & Administrator
Jennifer joined the Kuepfer Accounting team in 2023 after years of self-employment running her own business. She has gained valuable experience and knowledge in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services. Jennifer is eager to continue growing her expertise and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Professional Bookkeeper.
After growing up in Ottawa and living in Port Colborne, Jennifer met her now-husband, and they moved to Milverton in 2013. Since then, they have welcomed two daughters, three cats, and a dog into their home. Jennifer has immersed herself in the Milverton community, volunteering with the Loaves & Fishes Food Bank, serving on the Board of Directors for the Tri-Edge Skating Club, and acting as Chair of the Milverton Public School Council.
Juanita
Bookkeeper
Juanita joined the team at Kuepfer Accounting and Bookkeeping in February 2025 as a Personal Income Tax Preparer. Following tax season, she continued with the office in a part-time capacity, assisting clients with bookkeeping and payroll.
Outside of the office, Juanita enjoys playing baseball, camping with family and friends, and gardening. She lives on a small hobby farm in Perth East with her husband.
Sandra Kuepfer

Kuepfer Accounting was founded in the fall of 2024, when I purchased the business from Milverton Accounting (the company I had been proud to work for since 2015). My goal is to carry forward the same commitment to caring for small business owners while continuing to provide professional, reliable service to both new and long-standing clients.
At Kuepfer Accounting, we specialize in supporting small businesses through a full range of accounting services, including corporate tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, HST filing, and consulting.
As a small business ourselves, we understand the value of relationships and take the time to get to know each of our clients personally. That connection allows us to offer thoughtful, practical support tailored to your business’s unique needs.
